Euphina Organics is unable to return the following items: - Opened and used items - All items that are on sale Exchanges - If product is unopened we can exchange it within 7 days of purchase Returns - Returns must be requested and submitted within 7 days of purchase

- Our normal processing time is 1-3 business days (not including weekends and holidays)

- We do not allow changes or cancelling order once they have been placed in our system

- We ship domestic (CANADA) and international to Europe, Carribean, Australia and USA. - Free shipping on order in Canada $150 and up. - We ship in 1-4 business days

$50 deposit required before appointment Please give 24 hours + notice if you are looking to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Late Policy: 20 minutes grace period, followed by $30 late fee thereafter and appointment subject to cancellation or rescheduling.
